IS THERE HEAVEN ON EARTH???

The answer to that question is YES....and was in Ft. Wayne, IN of all places. What's in Ft. Wayne, you ask??? Well, it's the headquarters of the Matilda Jane Clothing company and I was lucky enough get an all expense paid trip there this weekend for their Art Fair sale. It was so pretty I wanted to weep when I walked in the door!!! After an awful day traveling Friday (I will NEVER fly Delta again), the sights that I saw when I walked in the door were breathtaking! The warehouse was set up like a little boutique and everywhere you turned there was something prettier than the thing before it! I got to shop the night before the sale and ended up helping the next day with the sale.

I learned 2 things from the sale. 1) women are crazy and 2) just when you think you have met the craziest women that you'll ever met, you met one crazier...

Jerilynn (left) the most fabulous Trunk Keeper is the reason that I was able to go on this wonderful trip and Lynette, the gal that keeps MJC running smoothly.

And yes, for all of those that are wondering, I got A LOT of beautiful clothes for my girls, who couldn't be happier with me right now. Not only did they get to spend the weekend with their Grandma's, they got a bag full of clothes upon my return!

SLIP SLIDIN' AWAY

Last Sunday the girls were dying to go the pool, Matt and I were not feeling it so much, so we bribed them with a trip to Target to get a Slip n' Slide. It was probably the best $20 that I have every spent!!! They had a ball and were soooo worn out after going up and down. The best part was that I didn't have to supervise too much :)
